Does anyone know how much narc that car charges their clients to use their database?

I have someone that is trying to get me to join narc that car and I keep hearing about the clients but I haven't found anyone that is familiar with who these client are or what they are charged to access the database if they choose to? I am trying to see if this would be a good business opportunity so i am just tryin to do a little homework. Thanks.
